Merchandise FAQ's
Q: When did you start offering Seeing Double Merchandise?
A: Our limited product launch coincided with the start of the 48th Iditarod in March 2020. So we're very new to this and we thank you for your patience.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Currently, all items ship from Port Wing, Wisconsin, courtesy of Mom Berington.
Q: What shipping service do you use?
A: All orders are sent via the US Postal Service using standard First-Class Mail. If you require a different carrier (UPS, FedEx), expedited shipping, or shipment tracking, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Q: Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally / outside of the US?
A: Our shipping and handling costs are primarily set up to accommodate recipients in the US only. If you wish items to ship outside of the US, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Q: How often do you ship?
A: We strive to get your SD merch on its way to you ASAP. At a minimum, we get shipments to the post office at least once per week on Monday. You will receive an email confirming when your order was processed and shipped. Our standard shipping does not automatically provide a tracking numbers, but we will try to include this in your confirmation whenever possible.
Q: Do you have a physical store, or can I get merchandise directly from Anna and Kristy in Alaska?
A: No - sorry. At this time, we do not have a physical store and all merchandise is available by mail service only.
Q: What about Returns and/or Exchanges?
A: We want everyone to be happy with their Seeing Double merch! If something vexes thee, please contact us so we can resolve it ASAP. Returns of new, unused merchandise will receive a refund for the value of the returned item(s). Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable and you bear the cost of shipping to return. We are happy to help process Exchanges, but please contact us first to make sure the replacement item you want is in stock and set aside for you. Exchanges for items of the same value will be processed in-house. Exchanges for item(s) of a different value will need to be processed as a refund of the initial item and we ask that you then repurchase the new item you wish to receive.
Details on where to ship returns and/or exchanges will be provided as soon as you contact us.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: All payments are processed via PayPal. After filling up your cart and selecting Check Out, you will be redirected to a PayPal screen where you can enter your user information to access your PayPal balance or simply enter a debit or credit card. You are not required to have a PayPal log-in or account to proceed with your purchase.
Q: What are your Shipping & Handling costs:
A: For orders within the US:
Up to $15.00 ~ S/H $2.50
Orders $15.01 to $60 ~ S/H $5.00
Orders over $60, or outside of the US ~ $7.50
If your order requires special handling, we may contact you further.
Q: Can I get my merch autographed by Kristy and/or Anna? Can I get my merch customized?
A: No - sorry. We do not currently offer autographed or customized merchandise. We do hope to add an autograph feature in the future.
Q: Do you offer any additional sizes or kids' sizes?
A: Our hats, caps, and Bondi Bands are one-size-fits-most adults. We do not currently offer extended sizing on t-shirts or kids' sizing. However, if you have a special request, please contact us and we'll see what we can do! Also note, the Bondi Bands can easily be tied or stitched by the recipient to accommodate a child's head. We do hope to offer merch specific to kids' sizes in the future.
Q: Where do proceeds from merchandise sales go?
A: All proceeds from merchandise sales goes right to Kristy and Anna to help with dog care, running and maintaining our kennel, and the pursuit of our sled dog racing dreams!
