And for all those ubber detail-oriented folks out there, we've backed into a more detailed key of checkpoint mileage. I wouldn't bet any money on the figures in this spreadsheet, but they are mathematically calculated from the basic mileage parameters given by the ITC.
The big race is fast approaching and we'll be at the starting line before we know it! In the days ahead, we'll post a number of helpful links and resources to this blog so you're just as prepared for Iditarod XXXX as we are!
